Welcome & How To
You're one of us now
Your EssentialAF is on its way, or already on your bench. Here is everything you need to start strong, from the woman who made it.
Kel shows you exactly how she has hers, when to take it, and what the first weeks feel like.
Your first three days
Two scoops into 350ml of cold water or milk. Powder in first so it does not stick in the lid. Shake hard, done in twenty seconds.
First thing in the morning, before caffeine, works with your body clock. Post training or as a 3pm cravings circuit breaker are great too.
The creatine and fibre both pull water in to do their job. Aim for 2 to 3 litres a day. This one habit decides how good your first weeks feel.
Then just repeat. Consistency matters more than perfection.
Every serve is a deposit, and deposits compound.
What the first month really looks like
Your gut is meeting probiotics, prebiotic fibre and glutamine, often for the first time. A little bloating is normal and settles by day 5 to 7. Uncomfortable? Start with half a scoop and build up.
Energy steadies, especially in the afternoon. The 3pm sugar hunt gets quieter. You are finding your rhythm.
Most women start to feel like themselves again. Recovery between sessions improves as creatine fully loads.
This is where consistency pays. Steadier energy, fewer crashes, and a body you are starting to trust again.
One heads up: the scale may rise slightly in the first week or two. That is water being drawn into your muscle by creatine, exactly where you want it, not fat. The full story is in your roadmap below.
