Pantry Heist Competition: Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter. The promoter is EverLeanBody, ABN 95 876 334 829, Manly QLD 4179, Australia (Promoter). Contact: hello@everleanbody.com.
2. How to enter. By entering, you accept these terms. No purchase is necessary. To enter, complete the entry form at everleanbody.com/waitlist with your first name, email address and your answer to the question "What's your finest pantry heist?" in 25 words or less.
3. Entry period. The competition opens when the entry page is published and closes at 11.59pm AEST (Queensland time) on Sunday 18 October 2026 (Entry Period). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.
4. Eligibility. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
5. Entries. One entry per person. Entries must be in English, the entrant's own original work, and must not be offensive, defamatory or infringe anyone's rights. Example entries shown by the Promoter are not eligible and must not be copied. The Promoter may disqualify any entry that does not meet these terms.
6. Game of skill. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged by the Promoter on creativity, humour and originality. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Judging and notification. Judging will take place at Manly QLD on Monday 19 October 2026. The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of judging and announced on the Promoter's Instagram and website by first name and state only.
8. Prize. There is one prize of 3 pouches of EssentialAF (15 serves per pouch), flavours of the winner's choice subject to availability, valued at $357 AUD (RRP, incl. GST). The prize is delivered free to an Australian address. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Unclaimed prize. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be awarded to the next best entry as judged under clause 6.
10. Waitlist and early access. Everyone who enters also joins the Not Tonight, Sugar waitlist and will receive early access to purchase from Sunday 18 October 2026. Early access is not a prize and involves no free product. Providing a mobile number is optional and is not required to enter or to win. Entrants who opt in will receive an SMS when Not Tonight, Sugar opens and can reply STOP at any time.
11. Use of entries. By entering, you grant the Promoter a free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to publish, edit for length and use your entry in its marketing, identified by first name and state only. Entries will never be presented as a review of, or a result from, any product.
12. Privacy. The Promoter collects your personal information to run this competition and to send you emails about this launch, and SMS if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
13. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this competition or the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. General. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
