What you can and can't say

The one thing to burn into your brain:
EssentialAF is a food. DDEY is a medicine. They live under different rules, and the medicine rules are strict. The biggest trap: because you're paid, you can never share a personal "it worked for me" story about DDEY, even if it's true. For EssentialAF (a food), that same personal story is fine.
The 6 rules for everything
- Always disclose. Every post needs #ad or the platform's paid-partnership tag. Not buried, not hidden in "see more".
- Sign first. No posting about DDEY until your affiliate agreement is signed and on file.
- No made-up results. No fake reviews, no AI before/afters, no invented numbers.
- Everything you post is an ad, including disappearing stories, comment replies, and posts in private groups.
- When in doubt, leave it out, and ask us. A flagged line costs nothing. A wrong one can cost the brand up to $500k.
- You're not a doctor. Never diagnose, never tell anyone to stop a medication, never claim to treat a condition.
EssentialAF (EAF)
A food, so you can share your real experience (with #ad). The line you can't cross: no disease, no weight loss, no blood sugar.
- "I have it every morning, the chocolate one is unreal."
- "30g of protein, 8g of fibre, dairy free and gluten free."
- "Excellent source of fibre, low in sugar, sweetened with monk fruit, nothing artificial."
- "Complete plant protein from faba beans."
- "It's how I get my protein in without thinking about it."
- Genuine taste, texture, mixability and convenience opinions.
- "I lost 5kg with this" / "great for weight loss" / "slimming" → turns a food into an illegal medicine ad.
- "It balances my blood sugar / stops my sugar crashes."
- "Cured my bloating" / "fixed my gut" / "healed my IBS."
- "Balances your hormones" / "sorts out menopause."
- "Keeps me full so I eat less / kills my appetite." Describe the protein and fibre, don't promise it suppresses hunger.
- "Meal replacement" / "clinically proven" / "miracle."
- Rounding up. It's 30g protein and 8g fibre. Never quote decimals.
Don't Divorce 'Em Yet (DDEY)

The one-line test before you hit post
EssentialAF: "Am I saying it treats, cures, slims, or controls blood sugar?" If yes, stop.
DDEY: "Am I telling my own story, or straying off the approved-claims list?" If yes, stop.
